Relax and enjoy the luxury of our traditional wood fired Scandinavian sauna. Temperatures in the sauna usually range from 80 to 90 degrees and sometimes reach in excess of 100 degrees.

During your time in the sauna we recommend cycles of 5 to 15 minutes of hot and cold.

Listen to your body. Stay hydrated, drink water in between every cycle.

We offer a cold shower and cold baths but please shower before using the baths.

We will pop in at intervals to pour water over the stones to create beautiful steam with essential oils.

Features

Our sauna accommodates a maximum of 8 people.

Cold waterfall shower and two cold baths.

Salt scrub.

The sauna is made from Scandinavian A + spruce on the internal walls, the seating in aspen timber to ensure ultimate comfort against the skin.

The oven is meticulously crafted and proudly bears the CE mark ensuring its compliance with strict European safety standards.

Sauna therapy offers a range of proven benefits for both physical and mental wellbeing: regular sessions can improve cardiovascular function by increasing heart rate and circulation, aid muscle recovery and reduce joint pain through heat-induced relaxation, and promote detoxification via increased sweating; additionally, saunas help relieve stress and anxiety by triggering the release of endorphins and encouraging deep relaxation, may enhance sleep quality, and support skin health by opening pores and promoting circulation to the skin surface.

Sauna hot-and-cold contrast therapy is a bracing ritual of switching between steamy heat and cold, a few minutes in the sauna followed by a quick plunge or cold shower that leaves you feeling invigorated, surprisingly relaxed and oddly cheerful.

We also recommend wearing a sauna hat to help regulate the heat. It keeps your head cooler so stops you overheating and also helps to prevent your hair from drying as it maintains moisture which is especially important for coloured hair

Check out our booking platform for opening times —whether you’re popping in for a cheeky steam between errands, planning a cosy weekend with mates, or organising an exclusive group booking for a catch up and good vibes, we’ve got the heat and the hospitality lined up.
